Delivery & Pickup
We offer next-day delivery for all orders placed before 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Currently, we only deliver within Nairobi. For customers outside Nairobi, you may arrange to collect your order from our facility.
Delivery is free for all orders above Ksh 5,000 within our service areas in Nairobi. For orders below this amount, a small fee may apply depending on your location.
Yes. Same-day pickup is available from our facility in Westlands between 10 AM and 3 PM. You'll be notified once your order is ready.
We strive to fulfill 100% of every order, but in rare cases where an item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you in advance. You may be offered an alternative item, a refund, or a credit note — depending on your preference and the situation.
Payments
You can pay easily and securely via M-Pesa, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.

Yes, payment on delivery is accepted via M-Pesa only. Please ensure you confirm payment with our delivery team before goods are released.
Support & Returns

Please share your order number and photos of the affected items with our support team. If the product qualifies under our return policy, we can offer a credit note or full refund for the affected items.
